John Goggins said his wife “has dreamed of having a restaurant for 30 years now.” Her dreams will soon come true as the Gogginses prepare to open their new restaurant, On the Rocks, in Worden.
Currently, the focus is on completing the remodel of the 120 x 56 ft. space in which On the Rocks will be located. Goggins said there were some issues with obtaining construction supplies including long wait times on orders, among others, that have delayed progress on the remodeling effort. Despite these setbacks, Goggins said the new business should be ready to start serving its first customers within the next one to two months.
