WORDEN — When school begins next fall, students will see a few new faces at Huntley Project Schools.
The HP School Board voted Monday to hire Amanda Eggerichs, who currently lives in Iowa, to teach sixth grade.
Meanwhile Chris Geck will move from fifth grade to Title 1 instruction, replacing Mary Decker, who will retire at the end of this school year. Teacher Toni Reid will move from sixth grade to Geck’s place in fifth grade, said Superintendent Mark Wandle.
The school board also voted to hire Brandin Jarrett as a bus driver for the remained of the school year, which ends May 25. Wandle said Jarrett is currently a substitute driver and is completing a 90-day probation period.
