Huntley Project Lady Devils 2015 4B Divisional Champions.
Huntley Project Lady Devils have won the 4B Divisional Volleyball Championship game in Worden on Saturday November 7th. Huntley Placed 1st at Districts last week which advanced them to compete in this week’s Divisional Tournament. Project Volleyball’s championship advances them to the State Tournament at the MSU-Bozeman campus November 12-14.
Huntley Project defeated Jefferson on Thursday morning and then defeated Forsyth Thursday evening to advance to undefeated semi-final game on Friday.
Friday brought Red Lodge for a close game where the Lady Devils won in 4 sets. Red Lodge worked their way through the losers bracket to play Huntley Project again in the Championship game Saturday afternoon.
Huntley Project won the first two sets in the Championship game and Red Lodge came from behind to win the third set. Huntley Project Lady Devils were down 19-8 in the 4th set to come back and win the set and Divisional Championship 26-24.
