For Treasure State Endowment Program – (TSEP) Construction Project Grant to replace Yellowstone County Bridge #09-53 Laurel Bridge, #30-07 Squaw Creek, Huntley/Worden, #36-05 Shepherd Rd East, #58-05 Castle Butte N. of Pompeys Pillar
Yellowstone County Public Works Department will hold three public hearings; February 9th at 6:30 p.m. at the Laurel City Council Meeting,115 West 1st Street Laurel MT., February 10th at 6:30 p.m at Shepherd School, 5420 Highland Ave Shepherd MT., February 15th at 6:30 p.m at Huntley Project,1477 Ash Street Huntley MT,. The purpose of these hearings is to obtain public comments on a proposed bridge construction projects to replace four Yellowstone County Bridges. The bridge construction funds are being requested under the Montana Treasure State Endowment Program (TSEP) administered by the Montana Department of Commerce. At the public hearing, the proposed TSEP Grant application to be submitted by Yellowstone County will be explained, including the proposed area of the project, budget, the environmental review process, and a public hearing time for giving all interested persons the opportunity to express their opinions regarding the proposed application. Public testimony may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing to the Yellowstone County Public Works Department, P.O. Box 35024 Billings, MT 59107 (217 North 27th Street, Billings MT 59101) before 5:00 p.m. am on Monday April 11th, 2016.
