Saturday October 4th marked the 1st Annual Huntley Project Wounded Warrior Fundraiser at Huntley’s Barkemeyer Park. Organizers John Larson and Tamy Lucas conceived the idea of the fundraiser as a way to pay it forward from an unfortunate fire at their Huntley residents on March 3rd of 2013.
The day event included music, food, a car show along with helicopter rides where all proceeds were donated to the wounded warrior project. Residents from Billings and the local area came to show and view the many entries in the car show. A total of 50 historic vehicles were entered at the car show parked along Huntley’s Main Street for visitors to admire and view.
