The Board of County Commissioners, Yellowstone County, Montana will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at 9:45 a.m. The public hearing will be held in Room 403A of the Yellowstone County Courthouse located at 217 North 27th Street, Billings, Montana for the purpose of obtaining public comments on a proposed Planning project (Senior Housing Needs Assessment, Market Study and Income Survey for the unincorporated areas of Huntley, Ballantine, Worden, Pompey’s Pillar, Waco and Shepherd). The Planning project funds of approximately $30,000.00 are being requested under the Montana Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the Montana Department of Commerce. At the public hearing, the proposed application to be submitted by Yellowstone County will be explained, including the proposed area of the project, activities, and budget, and all interested persons will be given the opportunity to express their opinions regarding this proposed application. Testimony may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing to the Yellowstone County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, (217 North 27th Street), Billings, MT 59107, before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 19, 2013.
